Each card lists the specialist's main areas of focus. If your issue matches one of their tags, book them. If unsure, book any available specialist for a short podology consultation first — we redirect internally if needed.

Is Acuity Scheduling secure?

Yes. Acuity is owned by Squarespace and uses encrypted, industry-standard data protection. Your data is never shared. Payment details are handled by Acuity directly.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We strongly recommend booking ahead. Every session is by appointment so we can prepare the right instruments and allocate the right time block. Same-day openings appear live in Acuity.

Can I book for someone else (parent, partner)?

Yes. Use the client's name and email in Acuity, not your own — appointment reminders go to the listed email. If the client has diabetes or any condition we should know about, note it in the booking field.

What if I need to book multiple services in one visit?

Pick the longer/primary service first, then add the secondary in Acuity's add-service step. Common combo: medi-pedicure plus toenail-brace fitting. If unusual, leave a note and we adjust the time block.
